Look, I have no problem losing, but when I can come in, spend $20.00-$50.00 in a machine and only hit once or twice, it makes me want to start going east instead of west.

What a wonderful place. Walked in with a few dollars and walked out with pockets full of cash. Had the most wonderful time. I travel the country playing at casinos coast to coast and this place ranks in my top three casinos. And to think it was my first time here. Can't wait to come back. Staff is great place is clean. Everyone is super friendly.
I hope y'all read this and do something about it.
Since the new casino has come about, the first 6months to a year was great, y'all would let people play and win. But since that first year, myself and others I have talked to have noticed that all we do is put our money into machines that have no intentions of letting anyone win anything.
Nice casino, plenty of parking both outside and covered structure. The buffet is always good with a wide array of food to choose from. If you use your card and accrue points you can use those to pay for your meal. They also offer nice gifts from time to time. We don't win often but their games are fun.
I am only giving a 3 star because I have not stayed in the hotel. Rooms are expensive. Buffet is worth the money. Excellent food. Bar needs to be located in another area. Can't play machines because too many crowds to be able to get to machines in area. The other food spot is over priced for what you get and proportions are small. Lines have gotten faster as far as when one earns gifts etc. Need more machines and not just penny machines. Can't get on quarter or $1 machines because too many people are playing 2 & 3 machines. Unfair to others who would like to play. And $5 free play is a joke. I get $100 per week at Choctaw and spend same amount in Roland. I also win more at Choctaw and get better perks than Roland. Imagine that. But anyhow. My opinion.
We have been driving over from Central Arkansas for over 6 years now. When we first started playing, at the old casino we would have a great time winning a bit, losing a bit but we kept ourselves playing for the time we were there. I can deal with losing a bit as long as I can hold my own and keep myself playing. I don't expect to win alot, if I do that is an added bonus.
It also seems like the number of people coming to play has really been falling the last few times I have been there, maybe we are all thinking the same thing?
Was not told that when you check in with cash they wanted $250 deposit. The rooms are nice and comfy has a mini fridge but no microwave the pool is outside the Jacuzzi or hot tub is outside nothing inside me and my son had came hoping to spend a relaxing day swimming and sitting in the hot tub but it's outside and it's cold this is December the food is good here and like I said it is very comfortable. And love the shower
